Women Are Great For Business, But Are Still Getting Pushed Out
Our vision is to empower businesswomen from various backgrounds to excel.
This is in line with Kofi Annan’s statement that says: “The empowerment of women is the most effective tool for development.”
Our mission is to move women in business from the periphery into the mainstream of the economy through expert interventions such as financial skills workshops, sales and marketing empowerment programmes as well as self-mastery skills transfer or self-development. This is in harmony with the United Nations’ 2030 Sustainable Development Goals to close the gender gap.
We believe a world where women are economically empowered will be a fairer, happier and more prosperous place to live for everybody – men and women. When women are guaranteed equal rights, skills and access to opportunities – and when the norms and stereotypes that hold women back are challenged and overcome – the effect is transformational.
In the past several years, research has shown that the increase of women in leadership is helping businesses to thrive in unprecedented ways world-wide.
We believe that it is high time that we work on closing gender gaps in the economic sphere.
We cater largely to professional women (between 27 and 45 years old) who are transitioning or are considering transitioning into their own businesses full time
Some of the many testimonials after our interventions for women in business:
– “Thank you so very much for the invite to the webinar… l learned more about money mindsets, relationships and my inner genius.”
– ” I love how deep and powerful this has been” “Wow that was so powerful!”
– “I love what you said about the fact that even when there’s no money relationships should still be there.”
– “Thank you so much. I am glad to have spent the afternoon with you all, and a lot more. Thank you to our speakers.”
For example, a recent study revealed that companies with at least some women at the top performed considerably better than ones with mostly male boards and executives.
On the other hand, the global unemployment rate is so high now more than ever due to Covid19 and the impact of the corona virus globally. It is clear that the growth of the economy depends on how successful the small business owners are, which does not exclude women in business.
This is the reason that we the founders of Women Business Achievers wake up daily with a commitment to the success and empowerment of women in business.
